Mahansar is a small town in Sekhawati region that was founded in 1768 by the Thakurs. Known for its rich heritage and culture, the town boasts incredible Havelis, Sone-Chandi ki Dukan dating from 1846, its heritage liquor called ‘The Mahansar Liquor’ which gained popularity in various neighboring states like Gujarat, Punjab, Hary- ana, Madhya Pradesh, and even Goa. These drinks were appreciated by various visitors from across the globe and gained popularity in international trade fairs as well. Mahansar has a lot to offer to travellers wanting to break stereotypes of visiting known and exploring the unknown.

The history will be unveiled by your coordinator and you will be surprised to hear the importance of this village since the old days. Spend an hour here talking and interacting with the local traders and mesmerize your eyes with the dancing numerous Peacocks.
Unwind yourself under the Chhatris which were historically constructed for the traders to rest under them. After a while, proceed back to the fort and have a traditional lunch. After spending a day with the villagers, your heart will get melted with the Pagadi or Safa (Headgears) ceremony for gentlemen and Odhanis for women.
